By joining David West Betadvisor service you agree to follow these terms and conditions:-

 

1. As set out in gambling law, all members must be 18 years of age or more.

 

2. We are not bound by any assurances regarding future profits or performance, regardless of past results.

 

3. In the event that our service is unavailable for any reason, we will do everything we can to inform users in advance. However, it is the member’s responsibility to inform David West Betadvisor, via the contact methods provided on our website, if, on any occasion, they do not receive an email or text or are unable to access the members’ page. In the event that we are at fault for any member being unable to access the service, we will provide the member with an extension to the length of their membership plan free of charge.

 

4. Cancellation of membership is the sole responsibility of the member themselves. A 48 hour ‘grace period’ is available if a member has forgotten that their automatic renewal was due, and no bets have been given. However, if you inform us of the mistake more than 48 hours after the renewal fee was taken, we will not be able to refund the fee taken.

 

5. Confidential betting information may only be used by the named holder of the David West Betadvisor subscription. If any member is suspected of sharing confidential information from David West Betadvisor, in any form, with any other person, or medium, including websites and forums, via any means of communication, their membership will be cancelled immediately, no refund will be given and legal action will be taken to recover loss of earnings  

 

6. Anyone suspected of sharing information, obtained from David West Betadvisor without authorization, in any form, via any means, in return for financial or material gain, will be charged business rates of HKD 10,000.00 per day, payment will be due every 30 days and any late payments will be subject to interest at Bank of HONG KONG base rate plus 10%. David West Betadvisor will seek full legal redress for any non-payment.
